Itinerary (Day wise)
Day 1: Arrival at Dehradun
Arrive at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station.
Our driver will assist you and provide a warm welcome.
Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel for a
complimentary stay.
Indulge in a delicious dinner included.
Take the opportunity to acclimatize before your Yatra.
Please be present at the hotel by 7:30 PM for a briefing
session (exact breifing time will be shared on the arrival day).
During this session, your tour coordinator will provide
important details about the upcoming tours and distribute
duffel bags for carrying your luggage.
Rest well to gear up for an exciting start to your Dodham
Yatra!
Day 2: Dehradun to Kedarnath [Flying Duration: 30 – 40 mins]
Arrival in Kedarnath: Reach the Kedarnath region, known for
its spiritual significance, serene natural beauty, and snow-
capped peaks. Kedarnath is one of the most revered heritage
sites in the Chardham Yatra.
Helicopter Transfer: After being transferred from Dehradun,
you will fly to Guptkashi/Sersi/Phata base helipad. From there,
you’ll board another helicopter for a short 6-10 minute flight
to Kedarnath. Please expect a waiting time of 10 minutes to 3
hours during the helicopter change due to shuttle slots,
weather, or technical reasons.
VIP Darshan at Kedarnath: Upon arrival at the Kedar-top
Helipad, our handlers will escort you for a VIP Darshan at the
Kedarnath Temple, where you will experience the divine
rituals and serenity of this sacred site.
Return Transfer: You will be taken back from the Kedar Top
Helipad to Kedar Basecamp Helipad. The day ends with a
delicious dinner and a restful night to prepare for the next
stage of your journey.
Stay at Kedar Basecamp: After darshan, you will be
transferred to the Kedar Basecamp for a comfortable stay.
Day 3: Kedarnath to Badrinath [Flying Duration: 30 – 40 mins]
Travel to Badrinath: On the third day of your Dodham
journey, depart from Kedarnath basecamp and head towards
Badrinath. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of deep
valleys and majestic Himalayan peaks.
Arrival at Badrinath: Upon arrival at Badrinath Helipad, our
handlers will assist with your transfer to the hotel, where you
can enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch.
VIP Darshan at Badrinath: After settling in, visit the sacred
Badrinath Temple for a VIP Darshan of Lord Narayan,
experiencing the divine rituals at this holiest of shrines.
Explore Mana Village: Post darshan, take the opportunity to
explore Mana Village, the first village on the Indian side of the
Indo-Tibetan border. Visit the Vyas Gufa (cave), Ganesh Gufa
(cave), Bheem Pul (bridge) and the origin point of the
Saraswati River, rich in history and mythology.
Evening at Leisure: End your day by returning to your hotel
for a comfortable stay and a delicious dinner, reflecting on
your journey through the Valley of Lord Narayan. Prepare for
the final day of your Dodham Yatra.
Day 4: Badrinath to Dehradun [Flying Duration: 55 – 65 mins]
Breakfast: After breakfast, bow your head to Badri Narayan
for blessings. If we take off early, you might miss breakfast.
Return Flight to Dehradun: Fly back to Dehradun with positive
vibes and cherished memories of your Dodham Yatra by
helicopter.
Arrival in Dehradun: Upon arrival at Dehradun, we will collect
your luggage from the hotel and provide a comfortable
transfer to the airport, railway station, or bus stand, as per
your departure timings.
Tour Conclusion: The tour concludes once we drop you at
your departure point within Dehradun, marking the end of
your memorable Dodham Yatra.
Important Notes
As this is an NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) flight,
timings are tentative and subject to permissions and weather
conditions. We recommend booking your return flight keeping
one buffer day to allow for any potential delays.
Nothing is covered by the package on the final day of arrival in
Dehradun from Badrinath; just the drop-off at your departure
location is included.

Policy & Terms
Flexible Flying Time:
Flying time is subject to permissions and weather conditions. Changes may occur due to weather or technical reasons.
Body Weight Limitation:
Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a total weight limitation of 445 kg for all 6 passengers. Heli Yatra reserves the right to de-board passengers if the actual body weight deviates from what was provided at the time of booking. No refunds will be provided for any passenger who is de- boarded due to incorrect body weight.
Passengers are requested to provide exact body weight measured on an electronic scale.
Passengers with a body weight of above 75 kg will be charged INR 2,500 per kg excess. This amount will be collected in Dehradun before the flight.
If the given body weight is incorrect, passengers will be charged INR 3,000 per kg on the final check by the pilot, or they will be de-boarded without any refund.
Luggage Weight:
1 small soft bag (max. 3 kg) per passenger, this duffel bag will be provided by us on the day of arrival.
Hard-case luggage or large bags are not allowed.
Flying Schedule:
Dham sequence may vary due to weather, technical issues, or government permissions.
The departure time and sequence are subject to change.
Hotel Accommodation:
Heli Yatra holds the right to change the hotels at flight origin and destination based on hotel availability.
Groups of 6 passengers or more may have to stay in different hotels as they will be traveling in different helicopters due to body weight limitations.
Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only. For single occupancy rooms, an additional charge of INR 30,000 per person (tax inclusive) will apply.
Bad Weather Conditions:
Flying in Hills is subject to bad weather conditions and various Force Majeure factors like:
Delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions.
VVIP movements.
Valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM). Sudden occurrence of technical snags in aircraft.
Illness of flying crew or late reporting of passengers at helipads.
Passenger Preparedness:
Passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios.
Additional Day:
It is strongly advised to keep 1 additional day at hand, over & above the 3N4D period, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force
majeure scenarios.
Amendments to Itinerary:
Due to backlog, bad weather, or any natural circumstances, amendments in your itinerary may occur where we can cover Ekdham or Dodham in 1 day.
No Flying:
If any Dham is missed due to bad weather or force majeure, we will provide a proportional refund (excluding taxes, fees, and flight preparation charges).
Medical/Special Conditions:
Inform us in advance if any medical or special conditions exist. We reserve the right to de-board passengers who do not disclose this information.
Airport Transfers:
Transfers are only provided on arrival and departure days.
Additional charges apply for transfers to Haridwar/Rishikesh (INR
8,000 per cab).
Passenger Grouping:
A single vehicle will be provided for a group of 6 passengers throughout the tour. Passengers may be shifted between helicopters for safe weight distribution.
Infants:
Infants under 2 years travel free with valid ID/Birth Certificate.
Rescheduling of Booking:
20% charge applies for rescheduling 30 days before the tour. Less than 30 days notice will result in a fresh booking with applicable cancellation charges.
Payment Terms:
50% deposit at the time of booking; balance due 30 days before departure.
Full payment required before departure to board the helicopter.
Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds:
Basis of Refund:
Tour Cost: In case 1 Dham is completed and 1 Dham is left out, then INR 12,500 approx. per person will be refunded back to the passenger. This cost is exclusive of other expenses (e.g., Extra night halt, Extra
transfers, or any other extra services utilized other than the package inclusions).
Additional Services:
The cost of additional services provided at any Dham during the tour will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 30 days before flying date: 40% cancellation charge. 0 to 30 days before flying date: No refund.
Extra Night Halt: Any extra night halts due to weather or other reasons are at the passenger’s expense.
Note: The terms are designed to ensure safety, comfort, and smooth operations during the Dodham Yatra. Always plan ahead and communicate any special needs in advance.
Important Guidelines
Flying Schedule:
NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operations): Flight timings will be communicated the night before, based on operational plans. Delays or Cancellations: Delays may occur due to bad weather, technical issues, or emergency scenarios. In case of a major issue, the trip may be cancelled.
Helipad Waiting Times:
Expect up to 2 hours waiting time at helipads due to factors like bad weather, NOTAM, or other operational challenges.
Final Day Departure:
We will attempt to depart early from Badrinath to avoid bad weather. Breakfast may be skipped in this case.
Breakfast at Dehradun will incur at an additional cost if
preferred.
Documents Required:
Aadhar Card (for Indian nationals) or Passport (for foreign nationals) is mandatory for all passengers.
Accommodation & Transfers:
Final list of properties will be shared 30 days before the travel date. Transfers between Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh are
available at an additional cost.
Helipad & Base Camps:
For larger groups, passengers may land at different base camps (Phata, Guptkashi, Sersi) depending on the
helicopter’s capacity and timing.
Donations & Additional Costs:
Donations, tips, porter charges, palki/pony charges are not included and must be borne by passengers.
Kedarnath Top Stay:
Staying at Kedarnath Top requires signing a declaration. Accommodation cost is INR 12,000-15,000 per room, depending on availability.
Heli-Yatra is not responsible for any emergency or service challenges at Kedar-Top.
Special Poojas:
No special poojas are included in the package. Additional poojas can be arranged at extra cost if requested in advance.
VIP Darshan:
VIP Darshan provides priority entry inside the temple but does not guarantee exclusive access. All darshans are as per the government SOPs.
